Acabado o Natal e toda a azáfama das festas é tempo de começar novos projectos.
No final de 2010 fiz um workshop no Arcoirisametro onde aprendi a fazer "janelas de catedral". è uma forma nova e diferente de patchwork mas cujo resultado final é surpreendente. Não descansei enquanto não terminei as minhas "janelas". Então a minha filha teve a ideia de fazer um quadro.
Christmas is long gone and the new year has just began. We hope it is a year of joy and happiness. So it's time to start new projects.
In December 2010 I went to a workshop and learnt how to do cathedral windows. It's a different kind of patchwork but the result is stunning. I couldn't stop doing it. My daughter had the idea to frame it and it came out beautifully.
